The Cascades is privately owned and governed by a Class A HOA structure, wherein the developer acts as sole declarant. Dues are $1000, assessed annually. This provides for common-area maintenance, capital improvements, administration and compliance, and the Design Review Committee for new construction and improvements.

There are currently 17 home sites set aside for in-house production. Each home is uniquely designed from the ground-up with the specific lot topography, size, and location in mind to maximize the features of each homesite. From floor plan to finishes, each home is one-of-a-kind. But once they’re gone, they’re gone.
